Antarang Foundation is a registered Indian not-for-profit organization that enables adolescents and young adults to make the transition from education to employment. Antarang envisions a world where every young adult is productively, passionately, and positively engaged in a career of their choice. By 2030, Antarang aims to enable 2.5 million vulnerable youth in India between the ages of 14 and 18 years to stay on a trajectory towards a career of their choice.
Antarang's founder, Priya Agrawal has over two decades of experience in the development sector, largely spent leading organizations that work with adolescents to help them develop skills and competencies valued in the workplace. She founded Antarang Foundation in 2013, recognizing the wide gap between education and employment that young adults faced. By challenging the paradigms and stereotypes surrounding work opportunities for young adults from disadvantaged populations, Antarang has enabled aspirational and informed career journeys for over 200,000 young adults. Priya is an Ashoka Fellow and an ASPIRe Fellow.
